US engineer Fluor is inches away from completing a front-end engineering and design study for Lithuania’s maiden LNG import terminal’s send-out pipeline.
Fluor, which is acting as technical advisor to developer Klaipedos Nafta on the project, and its sub-contractors will finish the work by the end of this quarter or the start of the next, according to an updated timetable.
Work is gaining pace as Klaipedos Nafta races to bring its floating import terminal online by the end of 2014.
