Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has homed in on the town of Sikka to host India’s latest LNG import terminal.
The Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation subsidiary is pursuing a 5 million tonnes per annum facility, expandable to 10 million tpa.
This strategy follows the model of GSPC’s more advanced Mundra LNG terminal proposal, which is being developed across the Gulf of Kachchh from Sikka.
