Dialog Group, the Johor Government and Vopak will stump up over 4 billion Malaysian ringgit ($1.3 billion) to develop the Pengerang LNG import terminal in Malaysia.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak included the regas project in a list of seven he announced for development on Thursday.
