Off-take action on offer at expanded GNL Quintero

GNL Quintero’s gas marketing affiliate is gearing up to take offers in March for off-take from a potential expansion at the Chilean import terminal.

Ten international and domestic gas players have shown interest in the opening stages of the tender launched by BG-led GNL Chile late last year, said an industry source.

GNL Quintero is planning a $25 million project to add a vaporiser at the terminal to raise capacity by 50% to 15 million cubic metres per day.
