Golar LNG Partnershas signed up to acquire the Nusantara Regas Satu floating storage andregasification unit from parent Golar LNG.
The outfit will buy the newly convertedvessel for $385 million. Golar LNG plans to reinvest the major part of the netproceeds from the sale in new LNG carriers and FSRUs, the parent said.
The Nusantara Regas Satu is on charter tothe Pertamina-led Nusantara Regas joint venture and is being commissioned inJakarta Bay, off West Java, Indonesia.
