Indonesia’s Central-East Java floating import terminal project appears to have attracted just three bids.
Golar LNG, Mitsui OSK Lines and Hoegh LNG are the only companies that have offered to provide a floating storage and regasification unit for state energy company Pertamina, according to sources.
Of the other potential contenders, Excelerate Energy is understood to have chosen to concentrate on other projects.
