Hong Kong’s Energy World has signed an initial deal to build an LNG import terminal in East Java, Indonesia.
The Sydney-listed developer of LNG terminals, export facilities and power plants inked a memorandum of understanding with the provincial government to build a 3 million tonnes per annum project.
Energy World will build a gas-fired power plant at the site under a second-phase programme.
