France’s new Transport Minister Frederic Cuvillier has dealt another blow to a proposal to build an LNG terminal near Le Havre.
Cuvillier told local media this week that ‘project of special interest’ status for the 9 billion cubic metres per annum Antifer terminal scheme will be allowed to expire this week.
