Spain’s Grupo Villar Mir has encountered a speed bump in the approvals process for its planned terminal in Huelva.
The company had been expecting to receive final permits this month but the 20 November general election has resulted in a change of government in Madrid.
A Villar Mir source said permitting is not likely to be concluded until a new industry minister takes office.
