Canadian outfit Ferus Inc has launched the first LNG-powered truck in the province of Alberta.
The unit will operate in the oilfield services sector, transporting liquid nitrogen to customers in the central Alberta corridor.
Ferus said it aims to bring more LNG lorries into operation in the coming months, before eventually converting its entire fleet to run on natural gas.
