Klaipedos Nafta is said to be seeking LNG supplies from Azerbaijan to feed Lithuania’s maiden LNG import project.
The developer’s general manager Rokas Masiulis is meeting oil and gas companies in the central Asian nation this week, according to Bloomberg.
Hoegh LNG is set to supply Klaipedos with a floating storage and regasification unit to act as the import terminal.
It is due online at the end of 2014.
