Lebanon is due to invite expressions of interest tomorrow from companies wishing to provide equipment and services for a floating storage and regasification terminal.
The Ministry of Energy & Water, led by Gebran Bassil, said the country’s maiden import project will entail the procurement and operation of an LNG FSRU vessel to start operations in 2015.
It will also involve the construction and operation of an offshore LNG unloading berthing structure.
