Kenya is close to solving contractualproblems with consultant Mott MacDonald to allow it to press ahead with itsmaiden LNG terminal plans.
The government is hoping to meet with itschosen adviser on the import project in the next few weeks to thrash out anyremaining issues and conclude plans for a tender.
