A consortium of four contractors has won a deal to carry out a techno-economic study for Jordan’s maiden import terminal and LNG supply.



The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources tapped Tractabel Engineering, Trowers & Hamlins, Navigant Consulting and Mapstone the work.



Under the deal, the consortium will conduct a feasibility study covering all aspects of importing LNG.



The results of the study will be the basis for a request for proposals in search of partners for the project.
