Potential LNG supply and infrastructure providers are showing strong interest in respective tenders for Jamaica’s maiden import terminal, according to a government official.
“A number of parties have indicated they will bid on one or both of the requests for proposals so we do anticipate strong participation,” the source added. The administration held a pair of pre-bid meetings last week about its proposed floating storage and regasification unit-based development.
