Israel Natural Gas Lines has tapped Micoperi to hook up the infrastructure for its fast-track floating LNG import project.
The Italian marine contractor has landed the engineering, procurement and construction contract for the submerged turret buoy, which will tie in a regasification vessel that looks set to be provided by Excelerate Energy.
Construction of the 2.5 Bcma terminal is expected to kick off in the second half of next year and be completed by end-2012.
