Indian Oil expects to sign on a project manager for its Ennore LNG terminal by the end of the month. The developer said “five or six” companies have bid for the east-coast job, which was tendered at the end of 2011.
An early January cut-off date was originally attached to the bidding process with a deal slated to be signed by March.
