Indian Oil is planning to set up its second LNG terminal on the east coast.



The company said it is considering building a 5 million tonnes per annum regasification facility at Paradip Port, Orissa state, where is it building a major crude oil refinery.



The developer emphasised, however, that it is in the very early stages with the LNG project and has not come to any firm conclusions.
