Terminal operator Elengy is asking for binding offers for capacity at a revamped Fos Tonkin LNG, France’s oldest regas facility.
The GDF Suez subsidiary has just closed the book on a non-binding open season for the plant near Marseille on the Mediterranean coast.
The binding offers exercise is expected to close in mid-October with Elengy set to make a decision in December.
