Hungary may participate in plans to develop an LNG import terminal on the island of Krk in the northern Adriatic Sea.
Croatia is said to be pursuing a regas plant on the island to replace the proposed Adria LNG terminal, which is on hold. State pipeline player Plinacro had been set to build a floating solution to bridge the gap but will now develop an onshore facility due online in 2016.
