Hoegh LNG wants to change the vessel type for its planned floating Port Dolphin import project off the west coast of Florida.
The company has already received approvals, including a Deepwater Port License, for the use of shuttle and regasification vessels. However, it now plans to swap these permits to allow it to use a stationary floating storage and regasification unit.
