Hindustan Petroleum Corporation has extended the deadline for bids to carry out a detailed feasibility study into its proposed LNG import terminal in Gujarat, India.
The government-controlled refiner is accepting offers until 16 January after it pushed back the original 20 December cut-off date following information requests from a number of high-profile consultancies.
Twelve outfits have asked for clarity on the tender process since a pre-bid meeting was held in November.
