Five bids are on the table to provide Chilean electricity generator Colbun with its maiden floating storage and regasification unit.
Colbun and partner AES Gener, the local subsidiary of US power outfit AES, are planning to set up shop in 2014 in Quintero Bay, close to the existing GNL Quintero terminal.
