Indian Oil Corporation has handed Foster Wheeler the front-end engineering and design prize for its Ennore LNG terminal.
The US-based engineer is due to sign on the dotted line in the next few days and immediately begin work on the east coast facility.
Tendering for an engineering, procurement and construction contractor will follow upon completion of the FEED, which is expected to take between seven and eight months.
