EcoElectrica of Puerto Rico has secured the final consent needed for its expansion project to double overall capacity to 186 million cubic feet per day at the Caribbean island’s lone regasification terminal.
The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission this week nodded through the design of the LNG pump seal, the only outstanding item to be approved under environmental conditions.
