Exmar has started construction of Pacific Rubiales’ bi-directional barge-based floating liquefaction, regasification and storage unit planned for a site on Colombia’s northern coast.
The South American operator said that an environmental licence for a pipeline to transport feedstock gas from the La Creciente field to the LNG project is “expected shortly”.
