Argentina’s Enarsa will launch a third cargo tender early in the New Year for the remaining volumes it requires for its 2012 imports.

The state energy utility said it bought 10 cargoes for delivery to its Bahia Blanca floating import terminal in a second round of bidding that closed last week.

Morgan Stanley is to supply five cargoes to the southerly terminal, traders said, while Excelerate is understood to have secured a slot to deliver one cargo in the November-October period next year.
