PetroChina’s Dalian LNG import terminal has kicked off gas send-out into northeast China pipelines to mark the start of operations.
The facility, which received its first LNG cargo last month, had been targeting first-gas before year-end and achieved the milestone on Saturday, according to Reuters.
The 3 million tonnes per annum facility in the north-eastern Liaoning province was originally due to open in June but hit delays in the construction of its send-out pipeline, which feeds into the regional network.
PetroChina-controlled
