China will shortly fire up its fifth LNG receiving terminal.



Officials at PetroChina subsidiary China Huanqiu Construction & Engineering Corporation (HQCEC) said Dalian LNG will start operations next month.



The 3 million tonnes per annum facility in the north-eastern Liaoning province was originally due to open in June but hit delays in the construction of its send-out pipeline, which feeds into the regional network.
