Commissioning of the Manzanillo LNG terminal in Mexico has been pushed back once again following a court ruling, writes Rachael Meredith.



A judge has put a stop to work to remove a railway bridge across the harbour. The bridge has been holding up the arrival of the facility’s first cargo.



The reasoning behind the move is unclear, but one industry source noted that it is now “a mystery when the commissioning cargo will be delivered”.
