Mexico’s Manzanillo LNG terminal is due to receive its commissioning cargo this month with a shipment from Peru.
The 173,400-cbm Valencia Knutsen LNG carrier (built 2010) is due to dock at the terminal on Mexico’s west coast on 17 March, ship-tracking data show.
Commissioning of the 500 million cubic feet per day terminal, which will be supplied by Spain’s Repsol-YPF from its Peru LNG off-take volumes, has been delayed repeatedly.
