BW Gas resurrects EasyLNG floating imports playbook

BW Gas has purchased the EasyLNG floating regasification concept from the owner of now-defunct Torp LNG in a bid to offer a wider suite of floating import options.

The Oslo-based owner of LNG and gas carriers now has its eyes on two projects for the floating concept in addition to existing plans for an import terminal in the Dominican Republic, company sources said.
