Cheniere Energy has awarded more than $5 million in annual cash bonuses to five top managers.
Chief executive Charif Souki is taking home the biggest payout of $2.33 million while his 2012 salary will be $772,000 after the management team received a 2.5% raise. Finance chief Meg Gentle and marketing boss Davis Thames each received bonuses of $775,000, according to a filing with securities regulators.
