Argentina’s state energy company Enarsa has emerged with its much-anticipated cargo tender for 2012 volumes.
Companies including existing suppliers such as Stream, Excelerate and Morgan Stanley, along with Cross World and Russian trader Gunvor, are being asked to bid on between 80 and 90 cargoes, a massive increase on the 55 seen this year. These would include 45 shipments for Argentina’s more southerly port of Bahia Blanca.
