Partnership investor Lightfoot Capital Holdings has taken a 48% stake in Arc LNG Holdings which is set to grab a 20% slice of the Gulf LNG project in the US.
A related transaction will see GE Energy Financial Services, which holds a 50% share of the Mississippi terminal, acquire a general partnership interest and a 58% limited partnership interest in Lightfoot Capital.
