Alaska’s three largest natural gas producers have formally agreed to study exporting LNG from the North Slope to Asia-Pacific markets.

After months of talks, US supermajors ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips and UK counterpart BP have reached an agreement to develop North Slope gas.
