US-based Waller Marine is developing a suite of LNG vessel designs to deliver small-scale volumes to inland destinations and small island power plants.

The marine engineer recently launched detailed design of an articulated tug-barge LNG regasification vessel with 30,000 cubic metres of storage capacity.

The concept has received approval in principle from classification society American Bureau of Shipping.

President David Waller said his company is also working on designs of ATB LNG RVs as small as 10,000 cbm.
