Teekay LNG Partners could raise over $176 million in a share sale.
The outfit has attached a price per unit of $38.40 to the offering, which has now gone live with 4.6 million shares.
The LNG focused subsidiary of Teekay Corporation has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 690,000 shares.
Teekay LNG’s units are trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker TGP.
