India’s Petronet LNG is about to launch its pre-qualification round for a charter deal on an LNG carrier to deliver Australian volumes to its Kochi import terminal.
The importer is seeking a 20 charter on a 160,000 to 216,000-cbm vessel, starting sometime between January and June 2016, according to a newspaper advertisement.
Pre-qualification documents will be sent out Friday to companies who wish to join the process.
