PGN is coming under pressure to cancel or relocate its planned floating regasification unit off Belawan in north Sumatra, according to talk sweeping the shipping market this week. The government is said to prefer Pertamina’s plan to develop regas facilities at the existing Arun LNG production plant. The state energy company is targeting a June 2013 start-up.
