Norway’s Hoegh LNG expects to net a strong rate on a recently bought veteran LNG carrier and is marketing a more modern ship on which it must shortly declare a purchase option.
Company chief Sveinung Stohle said Hoegh could get another contract right now on the 126,400-cbm LNG Libra (built 1979) if it wanted but prefers to “wait and see” before moving.
