PetroVietnam Gas is pushing ahead with plans to build the Asian nation’s first LNG import terminal.
The company this week received government approval to build a $1 billion, 3 million tonnes per annum facility in Binh Thuan province, according to local reports.
It plans to start construction work on the site next year with a view to getting the terminal up and running by 2015.
