A 33-year-old LNG carrier controlled by US-based General Dynamics is being put back into full service after being fixed for business.
A GD Group company American Overseas Marine Group spokesman said the 126,400-cbm LNG Virgo has gone into Keppel Subic Shipyard in the Philippines. He confirmed that the vessel has a charter. Brokers said the ship is believed to have been fixed to trader Vitol for around 18 months.
