BG Group is rumoured to have fixed at least one GasLog LNG newbuilding following the UK company’s recent market tender for tonnage.
The Greek owner is said to have been selected to supply one of its eight 155,000-cbm vessels on order at Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea for a five-year-plus charter. Full details have yet to emerge. The companies are old allies with the Greek outfit managing the UK player’s vessels.
