Gail (India) has received four technical bids in the second run of a tender for a company to conduct an LNG shipping study.
The utility said RINA Services and DNV Energy, respectively arms of Italian and Norwegian classification societies, re-submitted offers under the revised exercise.
Global consultancy BOOZ & Company, which also bid in the first tender, has also placed an offer with Gail.
