A UK High Court judge has found evidence of fraud on the part of LNG carrier containment system designer GTT in French arbitration proceedings brought by Alstom Group’s former shipbuilder Chantiers de l’Atlantique.
Judge Julian Flaux, who last year heard an appeal by Chantiers, which is referred to in court documents as CAT, suggested this may prove of interest for ongoing criminal cases between the parties in France.
