The Danish Maritime Authority is to host a conference in June to finalise plans for the development of LNG fuelling for ships in Northern Europe.
Swedish consultancies AF-Industry and SSPA Sweden have completed a final feasibility study into the required infrastructure. Comments on the report were due to be submitted this week.
“The overall aim of the conference is to create momentum in the deployment of LNG for maritime purposes,” said project head Mogen Schroder Bech.
