A company controlled by LNG Limited of Australia is seeking nearly $370 million in compensation from the partners in the Donggi-Senoro liquefaction project in Indonesia.

LNGL subsidiary Liquefied Natural Gas Energi Utama filed an “intervention” this week with the Central Jakarta District Court, according to local reports.

The company claims Donggi-Senoro LNG, led by Japanese trader Mitsubishi, stole confidential data on production costs and service fees to win the contract to build an LNG plant.
