Bluewater Energy Services has offloaded its 50% stake in the 125,903-cbm Gandria (built 1977) to Golar LNG for $19.5 million.
The seller left around $5 million on the table, according to brokers, who suggested the holding in the Moss-type ship is worth closer to $25 million.
Golar said it will make a decision on reactivating the vessel for trading in the next few weeks.
