Final priced bids for the eight-ship Maersk LNG fleet are due in by the end of this month. Initial bids on the AP Moller-Maersk controlled vessels were submitted on 27 June.
Industry sources suggested that somewhere between four and seven offers are on the table although the process is being kept strictly under wraps.
A number of shipowning names are being linked to bids.
